1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in resalable packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

  • The product must not be customized, special-order, or made-to-specification.

  • The product is found to be defective, damaged, or not matching the agreed specifications.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products returned without original accessories or components.

3. Return & Inspection Process

  • Customers must submit a return request via email at info@oiltrak.com or through our website.

  • All requests are subject to technical review and inspection by OilTrak.

  • Review and approval may take 2–5 working days.

  • If approved, collection and return shipment will be arranged within 2–5 working days.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error from our side.

5. Shipping & Restocking

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns.

6. Special Conditions

  • Certain products (e.g., hazardous materials or specialized industrial equipment) may be subject to additional restrictions.

  • OilTrak reserves the right to approve or reject return requests based on inspection results and compliance with this policy and applicable laws.
